Dental
Implants

An implant is placed, uncovered
and restored with a cap (crown)
The field of DENTAL
IMPLANTS has truly changed the way missing teeth can now be replaced.
Using a minor surgical procedure, an
artificial root-like device or implant is submerged into the gum
tissue. After a period of healing, the implant is covered with
a cap (crown). This procedure allows a patient to look and feel
as though his own teeth have grown back. Who said, "You can’t
get a second chance with your permanent teeth?"
Note: Implants
can be used in conjunction with caps to replace a single tooth
or an entire mouth. Additionally, implants can sometimes be used
as anchors for dentures or removable appliances.
